Request deletion of your Petronyx account and associated personal data.
You can request deletion of your account in two ways:
Your personal profile data, authentication credentials and access to your workspace are removed. We verify the request from your registered email before processing.
Where you are part of a shared business workspace, operational records (such as shift, stock and financial records) may be retained by the workspace owner for legal, accounting and audit purposes, in line with our Privacy Policy.
Verified deletion requests are processed within 30 days. We will confirm by email when complete.
